Our vertical axis circular table surface grinding machine, the "GSR Series," is equipped with a vacuum system for securing the workpiece during grinding. 【Vacuum System】 It consists of a combination of a vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum solenoid valve, positive pressure solenoid valve, and check valve, among others. 【Ideal for Grinding Non-Magnetic Materials】 The workpiece is secured by vacuum during the grinding process. The grinding fluid that is drawn in during the grinding of the workpiece accumulates in the vacuum tank, and after grinding is completed, the grinding fluid stored in the vacuum tank is returned to the grinding fluid tank using positive pressure, while simultaneously lifting the workpiece off the vacuum chuck for removal.
